When it comes to export options for your media schedule, Symphony makes life easy. There are various options available based on your agency's requirements. Let's go through these media schedule export options together.
There are 2 options to select from when clicking on the export button from within your media schedule action bar.
This option allows you to use the Group and standard Filter options to sort, hide or group your media schedule in the user interface. You can also use the Column Management feature (located next to the download button) to change what columns will appear on screen for you to view. Once you have completed your onscreen setup, simply click on the Export Grid option to export exactly what you see onscreen as excel spreadsheet.
This options allow you to select from a predefined list of custom exports that have been activated specifically for your agency. In the event you wish to export the data in order to make bulk changes or edits, then we would suggest you use the Standard Media Schedule Grid Data Export option. This export will allow you to make those changes and then re-import them.
