All publishers can respond to briefs and sign Symphony Insertion Orders even if they do not have a Symphony login.
When an agency briefs a non-subscribing publisher from Symphony, the nominated publisher contact will receive the following email. It is up to the publisher to advise the agency who the correct publisher contact should be.
Make sure to check the email for attachments as details regarding target audience and campaign objectives will be attached.
Click on the link download import template link in the email, fill in the spreadsheet and email it back to the agency user to import into Symphony. For any assistance completing the template click here or contact Adslot Support support@adslot.com.
When line items are confirmed by the agency an email alert may be sent to the publisher informing them of this:
This email does not need to be actioned by the publisher.
The agency will then issue the Symphony Insertion Order for the publisher to sign, when this has been done the publisher will receive the following email notification:
To sign off, click on the View Insertion Order link in this email which will open the page below.
Review the items and click either accept or reject in the bottom right corner.
It is recommended that the publisher:
- exports a pdf of this Insertion Order for their records by clicking on the export button in the top right
- inserts their insertion order reference number to streamline billing reconciliation
To complete the sign-off, the publisher must click the button confirming they have read and accept the terms and conditions and click the accept button in the pop-up window:
The publisher can attach their Insertion Order or any other relevant documents when signing the Symphony Insertion Order.
Once the agency has completed the counter sign off, the publisher will receive the following email notification:
In some instances, a second version of the Insertion Order may need to be signed if changes to the spend, dates or other campaign details are made. The updated version of the Insertion Order will be initiated by the agency user.
