All publishers can respond to briefs and sign Symphony Insertion Orders even if they do not have a Symphony login.
When an agency briefs a non-subscribing publisher from Symphony, the nominated publisher contact will receive the following email. It is up to the publisher to advise the agency who the correct publisher contact should be.
Make sure to check the email for attachments as details regarding target audience and campaign objectives will be attached.
Click on the link download import template link in the email, fill in the spreadsheet and email it back to the agency user to import into Symphony. For any assistance completing the template click here or contact Adslot Support email@example.com.
When line items are confirmed by the agency an email alert may be sent to the publisher informing them of this:
This email does not need to be actioned by the publisher.
