The agency will issue the Symphony Insertion Order for the publisher to sign, when this has been done the publisher will receive the following email notification:
To sign off, click on the View Insertion Order link in this email which will open the page below.
It is recommended that the publisher:
- exports a pdf of this Insertion Order for their records by clicking on the export button in the top right
- inserts their insertion order reference number to streamline the billing reconciliation process
Review the items and click either accept or reject in the bottom right corner.
To complete the sign-off, the publisher must click the button confirming they have read and accept the terms and conditions and click the accept button in the pop-up window:
The publisher can attach their Insertion Order or any other relevant documents when signing the Symphony Insertion Order.
Once the agency has completed the counter sign off, the publisher will receive the following email notification:
