If your organisation is using a unique sign in method to access Symphony, then the way you login will be different based on your company's security procedures.
To login you will need to use the 'login with partner' option located on the right side of the login screen. Simply select the correct option right for you and then you will be redirected to your organisations login authorization page. If in the case you receive an error this could be for two reasons:
- Your details haven't been verified at your organisations side yet and therefore you will need to contact your local IT team to have this rectified.
- Your details haven't been setup yet in Symphony, which means you will need to contact us via email@example.com
If for whatever reason you have forgotten your password you will need to reach out to your IT team to have this reset as this function can't be done via Symphony when using a SSO method.
