As part of assisting you automated the process of buying automated guaranteed inventory in Symphony we have updated how the Symphony import template functions upon import. What this means is that any placements or packages that are part of your schedule that belong to a publisher who is activated for the Symphony marketplace will automatically be assigned as AG (automated guaranteed) items upon import.
Let's quickly go through the steps involved when using the import template in Symphony. Assuming you have already created a campaign, simply navigate to your media schedule, then click on the 'download' icon to generate a fresh template to use.
Once you have filled out your template and saved it, go back to the media schedule and click on the download icon again to import the file.
Items will automatically appear under the automated guaranteed tab upon import. Next step will be to confirm your items and for the publisher to sign off on your scheduled items.
