Whether you need to disclose non-media costs for your client approval or for internal campaign budget requirements it's easy to add these to your media schedule.
To add a non-media cost item to your schedule simply select the money icon in the action bar and a pop-up box will appear. There are 3 sections to fill out:
- Details: Here you enter in the information such as cost description, vendor, dates, cost, budget and comments
- Classifications: This is optional and will depend on your agency and market
- Costs: This is dependent on your agency's cost model. Here you can apply additional costs and fee to the non-media cost
Not all exports will contain the non-media cost details yet, so please contact Adslot support for further information on functional exports for your market.
