New Insertion Order Page

The new Insertion Order page makes signing off IO's as easy as possible.

The New Insertion Order page allows you to:

1. Customise your IO View and export your IO (optional)
2. Check the agency details are correct
3. Enter additional Publisher Details (optional)
4. Sign Off your IO

1. Customise Your IO View and Export Your IO

Both of these functions are available via your Action Bar:

The Action Bar allows you to:

• Export the IO
• Manage Columns (allowing you to control what columns you see)

2. Review Agency Details

Next review the agency details section including the Agency Contact and Agency Comments

3. Enter Publisher Details

The Publisher Details section allows you to add additional details prior to signing off. 

This includes:

• Comment
• Attachment
• Publisher Reference Number 

4. Sign Off the IO

Accept the Agency Terms & Conditions in order to Sign Off and then click the sign off button.
