The Multiple Insertion Orders feature is used when placements are required to be signed off in separate insertion orders. This may be because there are different teams for different placements, IOs for different months, or IOs are separated by channel.
Multiple IOs at Initial Sign Off
When you're ready to sign off the first Insertion Order, select one or more placements for a single publisher and click the Sign Off button.
To create Multiple IO, select the placement(s) to move into a separate IO and click the move button. You can then select to move to a new IO.
Once clicked you'll see the selected placements will move to a new IO. Repeat for any number of IOs required and process each Insertion Order as required.
Multiple IOs when IO(s) Already Exist
By default, all new placements are loaded into the first IO signed off. In some cases, you may need move new placements to existing IOs or create new IOs altogether.
To move placements into new or existing IOs:
- Select the placement(s) and click Sign Off
- Notice that the new placements have the status as "New". Select the one-to-many new placement(s) for a new IO.
- Click the move button.
- Select to move to new IO or an existing IO (if one exists).
Updating Placements Already in IOs
If you've made changes to placement(s) in multiple IOs, select the placement(s) and click Sign Off. The related Insertion Orders will automatically open for your approval.
Please Note
- You cannot move placements already saved/signed off in active IOs. If the placements are in Saved or Pending IOs, you can Cancel/Recall and then restart the sign off process to place them in the correct IO.
- If you update placements already in IOs, those IOs will appear when you try to update said placements for sign off.
