How To Map Sites To Pegasus

To locate the section to map sites to Pegasus, go to Integration and select 'Pegasus' from the left side bar menu.

After selecting 'Pegasus', you will need to select 'Search' when looking for the correct site to map, follow the below steps to help find the chosen site more efficiently.

1. Type - Select 'Site' as the item you want to map.

2. Country - Ensure you are searching for the site in the correct Country.

3. Publisher - To find the site more quickly and from the first search, it is best to select the 'Publisher' associated with the site from the drop down menu.

4. Item Name - The last stage of the search consist of writing the site name and clicking 'Search'.



Once the correct site appears from the search, there may be a 'triangle warning sign' before the 'Site Name' if there is no 'Foreign ID' as seen in the example above.

To input the 'Foreign ID', simply click 'Add' that appears after the 'Last Updated' column.



After selecting 'Add', you will be able to input the 'Foreign ID' for the site. Also you will be given the option to apply the ID to all agencies in Symphony by ticking the 'Apply Foreign ID across all agencies' box,
