Starting In Symphony
When you first sign into the Symphony platform, you will be taken to the Campaigns page.
This is where all of the campaigns that you have access to will be listed.
To open an existing campaign, simply click on the campaign. This will take you directly into the campaign’s Media Schedule.
A New Campaign can be created by clicking on the New Campaign button. This will launch the New Campaign window.
1. Details
This is where you can view the campaign details that you’ve applied when creating a new campaign. You can also edit certain sections of the campaign’s details by clicking the Edit button above the campaign details as seen on the left side of the page. There is also an option to delete the campaign as well that’s next to the Edit button.
To the right side of the campaign details, you will have the option to provide attachments to the campaign and also lock the campaign from other users. Also, there is a log of who has previously had access to this campaign.
2. Marketplace
The Marketplace is where you can browse a catalogue of available products from Premium Direct publishers.
There are a range of filters available on the left hand side of the page to help you filter the type of products you are looking for.
Once you have selected the product you would like, simply click add to media schedule and this product can be added directly to your Media Schedule.
3. Brief
In the Brief section of the campaign, you can send a brief to your chosen publishers so that they can then respond with a Proposal.
4. Proposal
Any proposals returned in response will appear here in your Proposals tab.
These proposals, or your chosen individual placements within them, can then be added directly to your Media Schedule.
5. Media Schedule
This is the main module where you will be spending the most time in Symphony. The Media Schedule is where you will plan out your activity of the campaign.
Within the Media Schedule you can manually add placements or products by clicking the plus (+) button, add products directly from the Marketplace or import placements from a pre-completed template into your Media Schedule.
Placements and packages can also be confirmed and signed off in the Media Schedule.
Once you have configured your placements, the next step is to confirm them by clicking the Confirm button. Once confirmed you will then be able to issue the Orders by clicking the Sign Off button.
6. Insertion Order
This section of the campaign will be where you can view the status of the Insertion Orders that you have issued via the Media Schedule. The Insertion Order section will also allow you to revise previous IOs and resend them to the Publisher if necessary.
7. Billing
You can see how each Publisher is billed in this section of the campaign. There is also the option to export the billing records for the campaign.
8. Traffic
This is where you will traffic the placements and packages of the campaign to the designated ad server (GCM, Amazon or Adform), Facebook or Google Ad words. If a mapping error status appears beside a placement or package, you will need to map the item via the Integration tab. If you require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Adslot Customer Success team.
9. Delivery
The performance of trafficked placements can be viewed via the delivery tab enabling you to troubleshoot and optimise your campaigns more quickly and easily.
10. Inbox
Lastly, the Inbox module allows for Agency Users to communicate with Premium Direct Publishers in real-time, as well as view recent Insertion Orders and file attachments that are sent between the Agency and Publisher. This module gives you a full audit log of all correspondence and transaction history for the campaign by the publisher.
