- Navigate to the Administrator > Users page. The agency's user list is displayed
- Select a user and click on the Edit icon (pencil). The User's profile should now be shown.
- The following details may be changed;
- Name
- Role(s)
- Client Access

Campaign Access
4. Press save for the profile details to be updated
Note:
- The user's email may not be changed by an Agency Administrator. Should a change be required, please contact your local Customer Support team.
