Facebook integration summary and steps

There are a few steps involved when setting up the integration for Facebook in Symphony. Please ensure that you have read the prerequisites before attempting these steps as you will need to ensure that you have configured your Facebook business account access correctly along with your Facebook developer account.

The steps outlined below are to create an API access token for Facebook trafficking.

STEPS.
It is important that the user following these steps is an administrator of the Facebook business account:

1. Create a system user in the Facebook business account
2. Create an app and assign system user as developer
3. Assign the app to the business account
4. Generate and test an access token
